Equal Opportunity at Haim ABA
Haim ABA is proud to foster an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, ensuring equal employment and growth opportunities for all individuals. We embrace diversity and are dedicated to cultivating an inclusive environment that values every team member. Our employment decisions, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, and transfer, are based on performance, qualifications, abilities, education, and experience. At Haim ABA, we do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, military service, or any other protected status as defined by applicable laws or regulations.
Commitment to the Americans with Disabilities Act
Haim ABA is fully committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant state and local laws that ensure equal employment opportunities for qualified individuals with disabilities, including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions. We actively seek to employ and advance the careers of individuals with disabilities, including protected veterans. We provide reasonable accommodations, as required, during application procedures, hiring, advancement, discharge, compensation, training, and other terms of employment.
Translation Services for Diverse Families
At Haim ABA, we celebrate diversity and serve families from various cultural backgrounds and languages. During the intake process, our Care Advocates engage with families to determine their primary language. We have a team of fluent-speaking BCBAs who are assigned to clients based on language compatibility. If we don't have a BCBA fluent in the specific language, we collaborate with translation services to ensure effective communication and support. Additionally, our marketing materials are translated into appropriate languages when needed, working closely with a professional translation agency.
